Each project is individually evaluated before work begins.
3. Quotations
All quotations are provided without obligation.
Unless otherwise stated, quotations remain valid for 30 days.
4. Project commencement
Work begins only after:
- written acceptance of the quotation;
- receipt of any agreed advance payment (where applicable);
- provision of the required technical access.
5. Client responsibilities
The client agrees to:
- provide accurate information;
- provide necessary website access;
- maintain ownership of all website content;
- ensure appropriate backups where requested.
If no recent backup exists, we may recommend creating one before work begins.
6. Payments
Payment terms are specified in each quotation or invoice.
Invoices are payable within the stated payment period.
Late payments may delay project completion.
7. Delivery times
Estimated completion dates are provided in good faith.
Actual delivery may vary depending on:
- project complexity;
- third-party systems;
- client response times;
- unforeseen technical issues.
8. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed:
- the client retains ownership of their website;
- custom code developed specifically for the client becomes the client's property upon full payment;
- Golden Gift Media Ltd. retains ownership of internal development tools, libraries and reusable components.
9. Limitation of liability
While every reasonable effort is made to ensure successful project completion, Golden Gift Media Ltd. shall not be liable for:
- existing malware damage;
- failures caused by third-party hosting;
- software defects outside our control;
- indirect or consequential damages.
Liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.
10. Confidentiality
All client information and technical access credentials are treated as confidential and are used solely for the agreed project.
11. Governing law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Hungary and applicable European Union legislation.
